Order

Please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Browse Our Products

Step 2: Select Your Product

  • Once you find a product you're interested in, click on the product image or name to view its detail page. Here you will find more information, including detailed descriptions, specifications, customer reviews, and related products.

Step 3: Choose Your Preferences

  • Select any available options such as size, color, or quantity. Some products may also offer customization options that you can specify.

Step 4: Add Items to Your Cart

  • After selecting the product specifications, click the “Add to Cart” button. If you wish to continue shopping, you can add more products to your cart in the same way. The cart icon at the top of the page will update to reflect the number of items you have added.

Step 5: Review Your Cart

  • When you are ready to purchase, click on the cart icon to review your selections. Here you can make changes to your order, such as adjusting the quantities or removing items if needed.

Step 6: Proceed to Checkout

  • Once you have reviewed your items and are ready to proceed, click the “Checkout” button. You will be prompted to enter your shipping information. If you are a returning customer, you can log in to your account to use saved information.

Step 7: Enter Shipping Information

  • Fill in your shipping address where you would like your order delivered. If your billing address is different from your shipping address, you will have the option to specify that as well.

Step 8: Choose Shipping Method

  • Select a shipping method from the available options. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed.

Step 9: Make a Payment

  • Choose your payment method. Enter your payment details securely. We accept a variety of payment options including credit cards, PayPal, and more as listed on our payment page.

Step 10: Review and Place Your Order

  • You will have the opportunity to review all the order details, including product details, shipping information, and payment information. Confirm all details are correct. If you have a promo code or gift certificate, enter it in the designated field to apply the discount.

Step 11: Confirmation

  • Click on “Place Order” to complete your purchase. You will see a confirmation page with your order number and a summary of the order details. You will also receive an email confirmation shortly.

Step 12: Track Your Order

  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes tracking information. You can use this to check the status of your delivery.

Orders typically take 24 to 48 hours to process on weekdays.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

If you have an account, please sign in and check the status in your user hub. If you don't have an account or can't find the information, contact us with your order number, name, or email for assistance.

Most orders in the US and Canada are delivered within 5-6 business days. If you haven't received a shipment confirmation within 5 days of placing your order, please contact us. Please note that sometimes there might be a delay due to high volume of orders during holidays, which might delay your order for an additional day.

No hidden fees or high shipping charges, we practice 100% transparency towards customers as we calculate the price and shipping fee for our products before you proceed to your cart for checkout. If you're experiencing delivery issues, please contact us with your tracking details, and we'll help resolve the problem.

There's times where our system might not be up to date and some inventory may be out of stock. Is this scenario, we'll reach out to you and inform you of this issue. We can either offer an alternate product at the same price. If you do not wish to go with the alternate option, we can always provide a refund.

Returns & Refunds

All returns have a 30 day return policy for manufacturer defects and troubleshooting issues due to manufacturer defects. You can always send us an email at customerservice@amz.com if you have any questions or concerns regarding product details and other queries you might have and we’ll do our best to assist you!

Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns only for defective or unopened items. Contact us for return instructions if you believe your product is defective or if you wish to return an unopened item. All returns are treated in a case by case scenarios.

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

All refunds are issued once your return is approved and received by our team. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used. For purchases outside our main store, refunds will be issued through the corresponding marketplace.

Refunds are issued after the returned product is deemed defective or once the unopened product is received. Processing by credit card companies usually takes 3 to 4 business days.

Troubleshoot

Ensure your toy is fully charged. Hold down the power button for a few seconds to see if it activates. If you still encounter issues, contact our support team for assistance. Different toys may have different activation methods.

If your toy ceases to function properly after use, it may be covered under our warranty policy. Contact our support team at customerservice@amz.com with details of the issue and your order information to explore options for replacement or repair.

Your safety is important to us. Please refer to the user manual that comes with your toy for specific safety guidelines and usage instructions as all toys are created with different materials. Always use the product as intended and follow recommended cleaning and care procedures. If in doubt, use warm water with a light soap or toy cleaner.

Our toys come with a one year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Check the product details for specific warranty information or contact us for clarification.

We are open for business at 9:00AM - 5:00PM (PST) from Monday to Friday. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

We respond with 24 hours on business days. Please expect a delay if contacting us after 5pm on Friday. We will reply to your question on the next business day we return to the office.
