Order

We accept most major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Shopify Payments, and more. If your payment method isn't one of the listed examples, please e-mail us at customerservice@amz.com so that we can assist you.

Currently, we sell all our products on shop.amz.com.

Orders typically take 24 to 48 hours to process on weekdays.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

If you have an account, please sign in and check the status in your user hub. If you don't have an account or can't find the information, contact us with your order number, name, or email for assistance.

Most orders in the US and Canada are delivered within 5-6 business days. If you haven't received a shipment confirmation within 5 days of placing your order, please contact us.

No hidden fees or high shipping charges, we practice 100% transparency towards customers as we calculate the price and shipping fee for our products before you proceed to your cart for checkout. Currently, we only ship within the US and Canada. We're working on expanding our shipping destinations!

Returns & Refunds

All returns have a 30 day return policy for manufacturer defects and troubleshooting issues due to manufacturer defects. You can always send us an email at customerservice@amz.com if you have any questions or concerns regarding product details and other queries you might have and we’ll do our best to assist you!

Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns only for defective or unopened items. Contact us for return instructions if you believe your product is defective or if you wish to return an unopened item.

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

All refunds are issued once your return is approved and received by our team. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used. For purchases outside our main store, refunds will be issued through the corresponding marketplace.

Refunds are issued after the returned product is deemed defective or once the unopened product is received. Processing by credit card companies usually takes 3 to 4 business days.

Troubleshoot

Ensure your toy is fully charged. Hold down the power button for a few seconds to see if it activates. If you still encounter issues, contact our support team for assistance. Different toys may have different activation methods.

If your toy ceases to function properly after use, it may be covered under our warranty policy. Contact our support team with details of the issue and your order information to explore options for replacement or repair.

Our toys come with a one year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Check the product details for specific warranty information or contact us for clarification.

We are open for business at 9:00AM - 5:00PM (PST) from Monday to Friday. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
