Eligibility for Warranty Claims

The product must have been purchased directly from AMZ or an authorized retailer.

The warranty period must be valid and unexpired at the time of the claim.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided with the warranty claim.

 

Initiating a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please complete the Warranty Claim Form and submit it along with proof of purchase.

The completed form and required documents can be submitted via email to customerservice@amz.com or directly through our “Contact Us” warranty form.

 

Warranty Claim Evaluation

Upon receipt of your claim, our customer service team will review the information provided and may contact you for further details.

We may request additional documentation or photographs of the product and the defect.

In some cases, the product may need to be returned to us for inspection.

 

Processing the Claim

After reviewing your claim, we will determine if the product is eligible for replacement under our warranty policy.

If the claim is approved, we will arrange for the replacement of the product at no cost to you.

If the product is to be replaced and the original product is no longer available, a comparable product will be provided.

 

Shipping and Handling

The customer will be provided instructions regarding shipping the product to our service center for inspection, unless otherwise specified through communication.

We will cover the cost of returning product to the customer.

We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during the shipping process.

 

Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not cover products that have been damaged due to misuse, abuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.

Cosmetic damage, such as scratches or dents, that do not affect the functionality of the product are not covered under this warranty.

The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages.

 

Additional Provisions

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.

The terms of this warranty claim process are subject to change without prior notice.

The interpretation and enforcement of this warranty claim process shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
