  • Select any available options such as size, color, or quantity. Some products may also offer customization options that you can specify.

Step 4: Add Items to Your Cart

  • After selecting the product specifications, click the “Add to Cart” button. If you wish to continue shopping, you can add more products to your cart in the same way. The cart icon at the top of the page will update to reflect the number of items you have added.

Step 5: Review Your Cart

  • When you are ready to purchase, click on the cart icon to review your selections. Here you can make changes to your order, such as adjusting the quantities or removing items if needed.

Step 6: Proceed to Checkout

  • Once you have reviewed your items and are ready to proceed, click the “Checkout” button. You will be prompted to enter your shipping information. If you are a returning customer, you can log in to your account to use saved information.

Step 7: Enter Shipping Information

  • Fill in your shipping address where you would like your order delivered. If your billing address is different from your shipping address, you will have the option to specify that as well.

Step 8: Choose Shipping Method

  • Select a shipping method from the available options. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed.

Step 9: Make a Payment

  • Choose your payment method. Enter your payment details securely. We accept a variety of payment options including credit cards, PayPal, and more as listed on our payment page.

Step 10: Review and Place Your Order

  • You will have the opportunity to review all the order details, including product details, shipping information, and payment information. Confirm all details are correct. If you have a promo code or gift certificate, enter it in the designated field to apply the discount.

Step 11: Confirmation

  • Click on “Place Order” to complete your purchase. You will see a confirmation page with your order number and a summary of the order details. You will also receive an email confirmation shortly.

Step 12: Track Your Order

  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes tracking information. You can use this to check the status of your delivery.

Most orders in the US and Canada are delivered within 5-6 business days. If you haven't received a shipment confirmation within 5 days of placing your order, please contact us. Please note that sometimes there might be a delay due to high volume of orders during holidays, which might delay your order for an additional day.

There's times where our system might not be up to date and some inventory may be out of stock. Is this scenario, we'll reach out to you and inform you of this issue. Returns & Refunds

Return Policy Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. Items must be returned within 90 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a return.

1.2. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

1.3. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided with the return.

2. Initiating a Return

2.1. To initiate a return, please complete the Return Form available on our website or contact our customer service team at customerservice@amz.com or 626-295-2440

2.2. The completed form and proof of purchase can be submitted via email to customerservice@amz.com or
included with the returned items.

3. Return Evaluation

3.1. Upon receipt of your return request, our customer service team will review the information provided and may contact you for further details.

3.2. Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

4. Returning the Item

4.1. Items should be securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

4.2. Include the RMA number and a copy of the proof of purchase with the returned items.

4.3. Ship the items to the address provided in the return instructions.

5. Shipping Costs and Restocking Fee

5.1. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless otherwise specified.

5.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

5.3. A restocking fee of 30% will be deducted from the refund amount for all returned items if the reason for the return is not our fault. This fee covers the cost of processing the return.

6. Processing Returns

6.1. Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return within 24~48 hours.

6.2. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3~5 business days.

6.3. In the case of an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

• Investigation Process: Once we receive your documentation, our team will begin an investigation, which typically takes 24 to 48 hours to complete.
• Resolution: Based on our findings, we will either offer you a replacement toy or provide a refund.

• We cover all fees associated with any warranty claims. This means there will be no shipping, handling, or repair costs for you, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to making the warranty process as smooth and cost-free as possible.

Yes, the warranty can be voided under certain conditions:

• Third-Party Purchases: The warranty is void if the product is purchased from an unauthorized third party.

• Intentional Damage: If the toy is intentionally damaged, the warranty will be voided.

• Our investigation process typically takes 24 to 48 hours. Once the investigation is complete, it will take an additional 3 to 5 business days to resolve the warranty claim, ensuring a prompt and efficient resolution.

• We do not offer an extended warranty at this time. However, we are committed to providing excellent service and support for the duration of your standard warranty.

• All warranty claims will be processed through us unless the toy was purchased directly from our partner. In such cases, the user will need to contact the manufacturer directly.
