Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 90 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a return.
Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided with the return.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please complete the Return Form available on our website or contact our customer service team at customerservice@amz.com or 626-295-2440.
The completed form and proof of purchase can be submitted via email to customerservice@amz.com or included with the returned items.
Return Evaluation
Upon receipt of your return request, our customer service team will review the information provided and may contact you for further details.
Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
Shipping Costs and Restocking Fee
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless otherwise specified.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
A restocking fee of 30% will be deducted from the refund amount for all returned items if the reason for the return is not our fault. This fee covers the cost of processing the return.
Processing Returns
Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return within 24~48 hours.
If the return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3~5 business days.
In the case of an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Health and personal care items
Sale items or items purchased with a discount are not eligible for return unless specified otherwise.
